Berlin – The President of the German Federal Network Agency accuses Deutsche Bahn of “miserable construction site management”. Klaus Müller told the “Rheinische Post” that he understood that modernizing the rail network was a huge challenge, an open heart operation. “But passenger and freight traffic must continue.” As a regulatory authority, his agency has therefore imposed fines amounting to 2.8 million euros on the rail network subsidiary InfraGO.
