  • 3-5 cm of ginger,
  • 1 tablespoon of honey,
  • 1 liter of water,
  • juice of half a lemon,
  • a pinch of cayenne pepper,
  • optional – cinnamon stick, orange slices and 3 cloves.

Wash and peel the ginger. Grate it on a small grater, then pour boiling water over it and set aside. When the temperature of the drink drops slightly, add honey, pepper and lemon juice. In addition, we add accessories of our choice.

  • 150 ml of orange juice,
  • 20 ml of lemon juice,
  • 1 cinnamon stick,
  • 120 ml apple juice or still mineral water,
  • 2 star anise,
  • apple slices for decoration.

To prepare the drink, start by pouring orange juice, apple juice or water into a pot and adding cinnamon and anise. Heat the mixture over low heat, being careful not to bring it to a boil and stirring frequently. When the drink is hot, remove it from the stove and add lemon juice. Pour into glasses and add an apple slice.
