They cause the milk to change its consistency and acquire the well-known, slightly sour taste. Like yogurt it is rich in protein, calcium, B vitamins and probiotics, which have a beneficial effect on the digestive system. Unlike most flavored yogurts, it does not contain any additives such as sugar, artificial flavors or dyes, which makes it an excellent choice for health-conscious people.

Regularly eating natural yogurt has many health benefits. Firstly, Thanks to the content of live bacterial cultures, it supports the functioning of the intestines. As a result, digestion runs more efficiently and the body absorbs nutrients better. This is especially important for people struggling with digestive problems, such as flatulence, constipation or irritable bowel syndrome.

Heat the milk to a temperature of about 40-45°C, then add the yogurt, mix thoroughly and leave for about 8-12 hours. After this time, the yogurt should thicken. Finally, cool it in the refrigerator for a few hours to obtain the desired consistency.
