The demand for the document came from and they listed their main doubts and reasons why they have already been processed.
“It is a simple but essential support to help prevent lawsuits and attacks from the extreme right, which constantly tries to silence and threaten freedom of expression”, indicates the presentation text.
The manual has 32 topics. The first provides guidance on what the influencer can or cannot say about a politician without being sued for slander or defamation. The second item addresses whether it is possible to call someone a fascist, genocidal or corrupt online.
There are also explanations on what to do if the digital activist receives a judicial notification and a text about what constitutes moral damage on social networks, among other points. In addition, one party answers whether the influencer can be held responsible for content promoted on networks.
In addition to the Manual, Pode Spalhar ran a campaign to highlight the achievements of the Lula 3 government with a retrospective of the president’s main initiatives, in addition to making content available with the Lula Tetra 2026 seal.
