Vienna – On Monday, the Ministry of Economic Affairs will present an amendment to the Trade Code (GewO) for review as the first part of its de-bureaucratization package. The central point is to expand the concentration of procedures in industrial plant law: in the future, building permits and nature conservation permits from the federal states should also be processed in the commercial approval process. Corresponding constitutional provisions are also provided for this.
