Salmon prepared in this way disappears in a few moments. Wrapped in puff pastry, it tastes amazing

It is worth eating salmon regularly. It is tasty, light and rich in valuable omega-3 acids. It is especially tasty wrapped in golden puff pastry with honey mustard and dill. This flavor is expressive, but still subtle. Pride.

I like to serve it as a snack at parties, but it can also be used as a main course.

  • 500 g salmon tenderloin,
  • 1 package of puff pastry,
  • 1 tablespoon of honey mustard,
  • juice of ½ lemon,
  • 1 teaspoon of dried dill,
  • salt, pepper (to taste),
  • 1 egg,
  • a handful of pistachios (without shells).

Divide the salmon tenderloin into 2-3 long pieces. If necessary, remove the skin.

Sprinkle the salmon with lemon juice. Rub with mustard. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and dill.

Arrange the salmon pieces along the long side of the dough. If you want, you can divide the dough into pieces (the right size for the salmon pieces) so that you do not make one long roll, but several smaller ones (thanks to this, the salmon does not have to be divided into portions after baking). Wrap the fish tightly in the dough, sealing the ends of the roll(s).

Brush the top of the cake with beaten egg. Sprinkle with finely chopped pistachios.

Place the salmon in the batter on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place in the oven preheated to 200°C. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
