Despite the conversations, there is still no advanced negotiation, according to Itatiaia’s findings. Especially because decisions about departures and arrivals at the Rio club were blocked due to the coach’s contractual situation, who agreed to the renewal only this Monday (29).

Allan had little space with Filipe Luís in . With the “stay” of the coach, who signed a contract valid until 2027, he will be available to negotiate the athlete.

Flamengo will make no effort to keep him if they receive an interesting proposal. With a series of physical problems, the midfielder played his last game on September 21st. At various times during the season, Allan was not available to Filipe Luís due to plantar fasciitis.

São Paulo should seek to sign Allan free of charge for transfers — proposing, for example, a loan. This is because the club does not have a comfortable financial situation and is planning reinforcements without needing to make major economic efforts.

The club has so far signed midfielder Danielzinho and goalkeeper Carlos Coronel. They were at the end of their contracts with Mirassol and New York Red Bulls, respectively.

Allan no Flamengo

A target for São Paulo, Allan played 33 games for Flamengo in 2025. In his entire spell, he played 87 games.

The midfielder arrived at Rubro-Negro after a distinguished spell at Atlético, between 2020 and 2023, a period in which he won a Brazilian Championship, a Brazilian Cup and a Super Cup.

In 2023, Allan left Atlético for Flamengo in a transfer worth approximately R$48.8 million — including all costs — and signed a contract until December 2027.
