The beautiful Lucia Kramár became known in Slovakia and the Czech Republic thanks to the romantic reality show Ruža pre nevesta, where she fought for the heart of handsome Rasta Zvara. Although Markíza did not find true love on the television screens, she enjoyed life to the fullest. She regularly traveled abroad and documented her trips on social networks.
With her more than 11,000 followers, she now shared a really scary event when her health failed her. “I open my eyes. I am lying on the ground. Several people are looking at me from above and I am unable to move. Every movement of my body hurts extremely. An ambulance is coming.” she described the chilling moments.
It was too much for her. “In the last months I went to 120%. An untreated disease “because nothing can stop me”. Little sleep. Stress. Antibiotics and off you go. And although I told myself that nothing and no one would stop me, it’s hard to do something when you can’t move,” she revealed that she underestimated her health.
It opened her eyes. “This mini slap gave me pause. Realize things. Dealing with feelings and the fact that I need myself. Herself. To listen. Take a rest. Hug each other. Have movement. Be kinder to yourself. More caring. And the fulfillment of ambitions will grow hand in hand. I still don’t believe in work-life balance at the beginning of the business. But I believe that it is necessary not to lose yourself in the chaos. SHOUTOUT to all the people who are here and have been with me even in difficult moments. I love you,” she said to her loved ones. Similar cases should serve as a general warning that health cannot be cheated or sidelined. Many people tend to ignore fatigue, weakness or symptoms of illness and try to continue functioning as if nothing is happening. However, a weakened organism reacts unpredictably, and even a seemingly banal illness can lead to a sudden collapse or serious complications.
A combination of physical exertion, stress and lack of rest is often enough for the body to quit at the least convenient moment. What initially appears as a responsibility or an effort to “grit your teeth” can thus turn into a risk that endangers not only the person himself, but also his surroundings. Ignoring warning signs can backfire quickly and unexpectedly, with consequences far more serious than anyone realizes.
