Just before Christmas, Tylor was seen again in a video that went viral on social media. In the content, a fan approaches Chase on the streets and asks if he still works on television. The actor confirms his participation in the aforementioned series, and the fan responds: “I remember you, you were that kid.”
Tylor’s father has already spoken openly about his son’s struggle with the video, a consequence of diagnoses such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. In 2021, he checked Chase into a rehab facility in Georgia, but the former child star ended up refusing treatment and moving to California.
Records of Tylor Chase living on the streets began to circulate on the profile @lethallalli from the TikTok app. The man’s appearance caught the attention of users, who highlighted the actor’s scruffy beard, dirty clothes and pronounced thinness.
Previously, the actor’s mother had allegedly refused him financial help.
“Tylor needs medical help, not money, but he refuses. I appreciate the help, but money will not benefit him. I have already given him several cell phones, but he loses them in a day or two. He cannot manage the money or medication on his own,” one message reads.
