A curious episode ended up highlighting an old infrastructure problem in Manoel Urbano. In the Antônio Dias neighborhood, a resident recorded the moment when a pig appears lying in a hole full of water, on Manoel Batista Street, as if it were cooling itself down. The images were published by the portal O Vale do Purus.

The recording was made on a section of the road that shows erosion and puddles formed after rain, reflecting the poor condition of the asphalt. In the images, the animal remains calmly inside the hole, a scene that quickly caught the attention and began to circulate among residents of the region.
According to reports from those who live in the neighborhood, the problems on the street are not new. Potholes along the stretch make it difficult for vehicles and pedestrians to circulate, in addition to causing frequent accumulation of water, especially during rainy periods.
Residents claim that they have already requested interventions from the municipal authorities, but so far no definitive solution has been adopted. They demand actions to restore the road, highlighting that unusual situations like this end up exposing abandonment and the inconvenience faced daily by the community.
