Many people can’t imagine starting the day without a cup of your favorite coffee. The caffeine contained in this popular drink can put you on your feet like nothing else. One 250-milliliter cup of coffee contains on average approximately 100 mg this substance. The caffeine content is influenced, among other things, by the method of preparing the drink and the type of beans (robusta has more caffeine than Arabica).
However, it must be emphasized that a quick energy boost is not the only benefit of drinking coffee. This drink can help improve concentration, support thought processes, increase blood oxygenation (by improving circulation) and accelerate metabolism. Moreover, coffee contains antioxidantsthat protect cells against oxidative stress.
However, it is worth mentioning that coffee with a high content of fatty milk, sugar or sweet syrups real caloric bombs. For this reason, it is better to consume drinks in this form in moderation.

Avoid these ingredients or, if you prefer sweet coffee, sweeten the drink with no- or low-calorie sweeteners. In this case, it is best to choose natural products such as stevia or xylitol.
