It is worth reaching for this traditional milk drink because it is not only tasty, but also has a positive effect on the body.
What properties does buttermilk have? Is a good source of proteinwhich is the basic building block of the body. Moreover, it supports muscle function and regeneration, and also affects the condition of skin, hair and nails. Additionally, protein in meals is largely responsible for satiety, which makes us less inclined to snack between meals. - 100 g blueberries or raspberries,
- a handful of spinach,
- 2 tablespoons of oat flakes,
- 1 tablespoon of linseed,
- half a banana,
- a teaspoon of honey.
Just mix everything until smooth and drink it for your first or second breakfast.

- 250 ml buttermilk,
- 1 egg,
- 180 g of spelled flour,
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
- a pinch of salt,
- olive oil or butter for frying.
Mix buttermilk and egg in a bowl. Add flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt and mix everything thoroughly. You can optionally sweeten the mixture. Heat olive oil or other fat in a pan, form pancakes and fry over medium heat for about two minutes until golden brown. Serve such buttermilk pancakes with skyr and your favorite fruit.
