Sisu 2026: check out courses and institutions with the greatest number of vacancies

Sisu (Unified Selection System) will have pedagogy as the course with the highest number of vacancies in 2026, according to data released by the MEC (Ministry of Education) this Monday (29).

The edition will bring together 274,800 vacancies distributed across 7,388 courses from 136 public institutions. Administration and mathematics appear next among the degrees with the most expected vacancies, with 9,462 and 9,332, respectively.

The ten institutions with the highest participation include (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro), UFF (Federal Fluminense University), UFPB (Federal University of Paraíba) and UFPE (Federal University of Pernambuco).

In the breakdown by states, Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro and Bahia concentrate the largest volumes of vacancies.
