The banker Daniel Vorcaroowner of Master, arrived at the STF (Supreme Federal Court), on the morning of this Tuesday (30), around 11:30 am, to give a statement to the PF (Federal Police).
The hearings are in the hearing room of a building attached to the Supreme Court.
In addition to Vorcaro, the former president of the BRB, Paulo Henrique Costa, and the director of Inspection of the Central Bank, Ailton de Aquino Santos, will give statements to the PF.
The statements will be conducted by the PF delegate Janaína Palazzo. And each deponent will be heard separately.
Confrontation
Whether or not the confrontation of those involved in the case will be carried out will depend on the statements that will be collected by the PF this Tuesday.
After collecting the statements, if the delegate deems it necessary, she will proceed with a confrontation between those involved. This should only occur if the delegate finds contradictions in the statements presented by the deponents.
All procedures will be monitored by an assistant judge from the minister’s office Toffoli Days and by a member of the Public Ministry.
