Chamber publishes public competition notice with registrations in January

The Chamber of Deputies published, this Tuesday (30), a public competition notice to fill 70 immediate vacancies and another 70 for reserve registration. Starting salaries are R$21,000 or R$30,000 for a 40-hour week.

Interested parties can register from Monday (5th) until January 26th. The objective and discursive tests are scheduled to take place on March 8, 2026 in all capitals of the country.

The vacancies are for the positions of Legislative Analyst – specialty Legislative Process and Management; and Legislative Technician – Legislative and Administrative Assistant specialty.

Both positions are for higher education, with any diploma completing an undergraduate course in any area of ​​training being accepted, as long as the educational institution is recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC).

The position of legislative analyst – which has the highest salary of R$30,853.99 per month – has 35 immediate vacancies and 35 on reserve registration.

Of the 35 vacancies, there are 22 for broad competition, nine vacancies for brown and black people, two vacancies for people with disabilities (PCD), in addition to one vacancy for an indigenous person and one for a quilombola person.

The position of legislative technician – which has a salary of R$21,008.19 per month – also has 35 immediate vacancies and another 35 on reserve registration, with the same quotas for black people (black and brown), PCDs, indigenous people and quilombolas.

Upcoming notices

The Organizing Committee for Governance of the Chamber of Deputies Competition also informed that it must publish, with no scheduled date yet, the notice for the position of Legislative Technician, specialty Federal Legislative Police (PLF), with a higher education requirement.

Competition is also planned for other positions authorized by decision of the Board of Directors of the Chamber on September 11, 2025.

“All with exclusive capacity and linked to specific work processes, the completion of the ongoing reorganizations in the administrative units is awaited to review the demands”, informed the Chamber.
