A (Federal Police) postponed the former president’s testimony scheduled for this Tuesday (30) in the investigation that investigates the origin of objects and documents found in a safe at Palácio da Alvorada. The former chief executive is hospitalized and .

Last week, the minister from the Federal Supreme Court (STF), authorized the PF to take the former president’s testimony on the case. The Court informed that there was no order from the rapporteur postponing the hearing and that the decision came from the PF itself. The corporation announced a new date for the testimony.

The decision released last week does not detail which objects were found. According to the document, the PF opened the coffers on June 25, 2025, after being called by the Presidency of the Republic.

After the episode, Bolsonaro’s statement was requested to clarify the origin of the assets. The hearing was scheduled for 9am this Tuesday. The former president is being held at the Federal Police Superintendence, in Brasília, for an attempted coup d’état.
