Flávio calls Moraes “abject” and says Bolsonaro requires care outside prison

Senator Flávio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) reacted this Thursday (1st) to the decision of Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), of , maintaining that the former head of the Executive needs care that cannot be guaranteed in a prison.

In his profile on X, the parliamentarian, who announced his pre-candidacy for Planalto next year, claimed that his father is even at risk of a stroke “due to complications in his health”.

Earlier, Moraes denied a request from Bolsonaro’s defense to grant humanitarian house arrest to the former head of the Executive. The minister determined that, as soon as the former president is discharged from DF Star Hospital, he will be sent to the Police superintendence in Brasília, to return to serve his 27-year prison sentence.
