Gorgonzola cheese is often overlooked on store shelves. Not everyone likes its taste or structure. However, it is worth trying it and enjoying its original taste every day.

To prepare tomato pasta with gorgonzola we will need:
- 200 g orzo pasta,
- 1 onion,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 4-5 dried tomatoes,
- 1 teaspoon of tomato paste,
- 3 cups of broth,
- 2 large tomatoes or 100 g cherry tomatoes,
- 50 sera gorgonzola,
- olive oil,
- oregano,
- cayenne pepper,
We start by cutting the onion into small cubes. We throw it into the olive oil heated in a pan. Press the garlic through a press and add it to the onion when it is translucent. Fry for a few minutes and add dry orzo pasta. Fry everything together for a while and then add spices – oregano, cayenne pepper and tomato paste. After 1-2 minutes of frying pour the whole thing with brothmix and cook. Then add diced tomatoes or cherry tomatoes. Mix and Cook over low heat, uncovered, until the pasta is soft and excess water has been absorbed. Finally, add the gorgonzola cheese and mix until it melts. The dish is served hot, decorated with fresh basil leaves and sprinkled with crumbled cheese.
