Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the STF (Supreme Federal Court), authorized this Friday (2) the children of former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL), Flávio, Carlos and Renan, to visit their father without the need for new judicial authorization.
The visit, however, must be within the times defined by the PF (Federal Police) ordinance, which foresees that they take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays, between 9 am and 11 am, with only two people per day and with a limit of 30 minutes each.
According to the decision, the children Carlos Bolsonaro, Flávio Bolsonaro, Jair Renan Bolsonaro and Laura Bolsonaro, and the stepdaughter, Leticia da Silva, can visit the former president without the need for new judicial authorization.
Bolsonaro returned to the PF Superintendency to serve his 27-year prison sentence after having a new request for residence denied by Moraes.
Before returning to the closed regime, the former president was admitted to the DF Star hospital, in Brasília, where he underwent tests and surgeries.
