Pedro Jorge was the big winner of the reality show ‘Secret Story 9’, which ended last Wednesday night, December 31st.
The young man from Covilhã took home €250,000 and was on the ‘New Year, New Life’ program this Thursday, January 1st, talking to Cristina Ferreira about the victory and his participation.
Since, during his stay at the house, news came out about the alleged unrest between his family and that of his wife, Marisa, Pedro Jorge was challenged to talk about the subject.
“They started giving me some teasing and I said that I don’t want to know anything now, I want to be calm, enjoy, enjoy the victory…”he began by saying.
Confronted by Cristina Ferreira about whether he feels any sadness about this whole situation, Pedro Jorge burst into tears and admitted: “I feel sad, I really feel sad. I’m a crybaby… I saw the faces of my in-laws, my mother… My dream became, perhaps, a nightmare… They were upset because of a dream of mine, and that hurts me”he said, admitting that he felt sadness in his parents and in-laws eyes.
Marisa’s partner also revealed that he hopes all conflicts will be resolved: “Yes, we all got along well. My mother’s disposition is a complicated disposition, which is not my disposition, she has a very complicated disposition, she is stubborn, sometimes she thinks that her grandchildren are her children. She may have that instinct and everything is fine and she stopped working to be with our children (…), we can’t forget that… And I think we’ll make it, I think”.
