The act also states that “unjustified absence may lead to the adoption of appropriate administrative and disciplinary measures”
The Federal Police (PF) determined this Friday, 2, that former federal deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro immediately return to his effective position as federal police officer. Act published in Official Gazette of the Union (DOU) declares the cessation of leave to fulfill his elective mandate as of December 19, 2025 and determines that Eduardo returns to his original location, which is the State of Rio de Janeiro.
The act also states that “unjustified absence may lead to the adoption of appropriate administrative and disciplinary measures”.
Eduardo Bolsonaro has been living in the United States since March of last year. In December, the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Deputies revoked his mandate. The impeachment occurred because the parliamentarian failed to attend at least one third of the Chamber’s deliberative sessions in the legislative session.
