PF orders Eduardo Bolsonaro to return to his position as clerk at the corporation

After the loss of office of Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL)a PF (Federal Police) ordered his immediate return to his position as clerk at the corporation, at the risk of “appropriate administrative and disciplinary measures” if it occurs “unjustified absence”.

In a declaratory act published in the DOU (Official Gazette of the Union) this Friday (02), the PF orders the “immediate return for exclusively declaratory purposes and regularization of the formal situation”.

The son of former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL) joined the Federal Police in 2010 as a clerk. While serving in the Chamber of Deputies, he was away from police duties.

Eduardo has been in the United States since March last year, when he took a leave of absence from his mandate in the Chamber of Deputies.
