Linz/Vienna – ÖVP club chairman August Wöginger and two tax officials will have to go back to court in the “Postenschacher affair” from February 11th for abuse of office. After the Linz Higher Regional Court (OLG) overturned the diversion, the trial will continue in the Linz Regional Court. Twelve to 13 days of negotiations are scheduled. A verdict is expected to be handed down in April.
