The leader reinforced the PT Bench’s “repudiation” of the North American action, defending “respect for independence, self-determination of peoples and non-intervention” as “basic precepts of sovereignty of all nations”.
“Each and every conflict needs to be mediated by dialogue and respect between countries. Equality between sovereign states needs to be respected and the best solution always involves peaceful means, through dialogue, without the use of force, without violence and war”, he continued.
