The crypto-currency Bitcoin has recently had quite a few twists and turns. Over a year, the low point was around 68,500 euros, at times it reached heights of over 106,000 euros and at the time of going to press (end of November) it had slipped back below the 80,000 euros mark. Bitcoin still attracts with the appeal of decentralization – and of course with the return expectations that are fueled by the stories of individual Bitcoin fortune hunters.
