Bangkok/Phnom Penh – Almost a week after a ceasefire between Thailand and Cambodia came into force, Phnom Penh has accused the Thai army of the “illegal annexation” of territories on the Cambodian side of the border. Information Minister Neth Pheaktra told AFP on Friday that Thai troops had damaged civilian buildings, rolled out barbed wire and placed containers in the Chouk Chey village area to build a border fortification.
