Chopped chicken medallions are a delicious option for people who are bored with classic chicken cutlets and are looking for an interesting, expressive alternative. You can prepare everything extremely quickly and simply – you just need to chop the breasts and mix with a few other basic ingredients. Just 15 minutes is enough and one pan, and lovers of hotter flavors should also add a pinch of chili. Both the youngest and the oldest will love this dish.

- 500 g chicken breast,
- 100 g of yellow cheese,
- 80 g sour cream,
- egg size S,
- 30 g of potato starch,
- a teaspoon of salt,

How to do it:
1. Wash the chicken breasts and dry them with paper towels. Cut the meat into very small cubes and place them in a large bowl.
2. Grate the cheese on a large grater and add it to the meat. Season everything with salt and pepper, then mix everything well.
3. Add the egg, cream and starch and mix everything again. The mass should be thick and quite sticky.
4. Heat the pan over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium. Using a spoon, place the mixture on the fat, forming small patties. Fry them for about 5 minutes on each side, until nicely golden.
5. Serve the chopped chicken medallions warm, immediately after preparation. They taste best with sour cream or yogurt sauce. Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container and use within 3 days. Heat in a pan or in the oven.
