Vienna – Holocaust survivor Eva Schloss, who came from Vienna, died on Saturday in London at the age of 96. This is reported by Kathpress, citing the portal Jewish News. She was a close friend of Anne Frank and was adopted by her father long after Frank’s death in the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp. As co-founder and honorary president of the Anne Frank Trust, Schloss campaigned for the memory of the Shoah and tolerance well into old age.
