I make this salad when guests are already at the door. Simple and cheap

Christmas and New Year’s Eve passed in the blink of an eye. Nevertheless, family gatherings continue. It’s best to entertain your family with cake and salad. This time we will focus on a quick salad with tuna and corn, which takes literally a few minutes to prepare. Be sure to save this recipe.

For the corn salad, we use ingredients that we have on hand. However, you don’t have to add all the vegetables – you can omit cucumber and pepper.

What ingredients do we need to make a quick tuna and corn salad? Here is the exact list:

  • 1 can of tuna in its own juice or oil;
  • 1 can of corn;
  • 1 small red onion;
  • 1 pickled or pickled cucumber;
  • 1/2 red pepper;
  • 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt;
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise;
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard;
  • spices: salt and pepper to taste.

To make a quick salad, for starters Drain the tuna and corn from the brine. Place them in a bowl and add chopped onion. Then add yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, mix everything and season with salt and pepper to taste. In fact, you can stop at this stage.

However, if you want to diversify the salad with tuna and corn, then add diced pickled or pickled cucumber and pepper. Finally, you can decorate the dish with parsley or chives.

This quick salad will be perfect for a party, but it will also be a great idea for dinner. It is usually served with fresh bread. It also tastes great with crackers.
