Visiting the Lisbon Oceanarium at night is now possible

The Lisbon Oceanarium launched a new end-of-day visit program, entitled “At Night at the Oceanarium”, which offers a different experience of discovering the largest aquarium in Portugal, in a more peaceful environment and at a reduced price.

The initiative takes place between January 5th and February 8th, daily between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm, allowing visitors to explore the spaces at night. Reduced lighting changes the perception of habitats and provides a distinct observation of animals, creating a more immersive and engaging atmosphere as natural light disappears.

The program is also distinguished by the presence of marine educators, distributed across five key points of the exhibition, including the four habitats and the central aquarium. These professionals are available to answer questions, share curiosities and deepen knowledge, adjusting the interaction to the interests and age group of each visitor.

“At Night at the Oceanário” asserts itself as an alternative to regular hours, combining tranquility, specialized support and more affordable prices. The ticket costs 15 euros for young people and adults and 10 euros for children up to 12 years old, prices lower than those charged under normal visiting conditions.

With this proposal, the Oceanário de Lisboa aims to enhance the last hours of the day, making the experience more accessible and enriching, through direct contact with experts and a more serene experience of marine ecosystems.

Tickets are available exclusively.
