The former first lady said that the former president (), arrested after conviction in the coup plot, fell and hit his head in the early hours of this Tuesday (6).
“My love is not well. During the night, while he was sleeping, he had a crisis, fell and hit his head on the furniture,” said Michelle, in a post on social media.
“As the room remains closed, he only received care when they called him for my visit. I’m with the doctor waiting for the police chief to find out how the first aid went.”
The Federal Police were contacted, but have not yet commented on the matter.

Moraes, however, authorized “permanent visitation” for almost his entire family — a permission that includes 30-minute meetings, from 9 am to 11 am, with a limit of two people per day and separately.
The minister’s decision applies to his children Carlos, Jair Renan, Laura and senator Flávio (PL), as well as his stepdaughter, Letícia. Eduardo Bolsonaro, who currently lives in the United States, was not included. His wife, Michelle, already had this status.
The former president is imprisoned at the PF Superintendency in Brasília. He spent both Christmas and New Year’s Eve admitted to a hospital in the federal capital.
During his hospital stay — which had to be authorized by Moraes — he underwent four surgical procedures, one to treat a hernia and another three for hiccups.
Bolsonaro also underwent tests that revealed severe sleep apnea, for which he began using Cpap equipment.
After three surgeries to treat hiccups, doctors concluded that he has a rare case, and that it will not be resolved with interventions, but will need constant treatment, for example, through physiotherapy.
The former president also asked his team to take anti-depression medication, which he was prescribed.
Bolsonaro’s defense again asked that, after his admission to the hospital, he be transferred to house arrest, to take care of his health. Last Thursday (1st), Moraes denied the request.
Bolsonaro was preventively arrested on November 22nd. Moraes’ decision was confirmed by the First Panel of the STF the following week.
