According to the note, the conduct of the employee, assigned to the Municipal Health Department, has been causing discomfort, damaging the work environment and service to the population.
According to reports, the coordinator has treated the servers with an aggressive tone and constant criticism, which has left the workers emotionally shaken.
Moral harassment is defined as the practice of repetitive and abusive conduct that humiliates, embarrasses, intimidates or disqualifies a person, generally in the workplace, causing psychological suffering and harm to dignity, health and professional performance.
