Šutaj Eštok expects results from the representative: Kotlar’s sharp reaction! He described the Minister of the Interior as…

Matúš Šutaj Eštok (Voice-SD) is, according to the representative of the Slovak government for the review of the process of managing and managing resources during the COVID-19 pandemic and the member of the National Council of the Slovak Republic elected for the SNS, Petr Kotlár, a weak minister of the interior. He didn’t reveal anything and he needs someone to blame. If it weren’t for Kotlára, the minister doesn’t even have data he “doesn’t want to work with”. Kotlár stated this for TASR in response to the minister’s statements that the government representative should bring results.

  • Minister of the Interior Matúš Šutaj Eštok is criticized by the plenipotentiary of the government, Peter Kotlár.
  • Kotlár declared that the ministry is not cooperating sufficiently in the assessment of the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Minister Šutaj Eštok considers the work of the plenipotentiary to be insufficient and replaceable.
  • There is a dispute about competence and efficiency between the two representatives.
  • Plenipotentiary Kotlár describes the minister’s demands as unjustified and politically motivated.

“He doesn’t even understand the professional side of the matter, which also results in meaningless expenses from the state budget. He doesn’t want to see the responsibility of the original employees from the Covid period, because they are currently employees of the Department of the Voice.” said Kotlar for TASR.

He also announced that the minister can ask the Prime Minister of the SR Robert Fico (Smer-SD) to recall the plenipotentiary. He concluded that the government did not give him sufficient competences and kept him in office on purpose so that presented a report that would show what could be discovered from “no position”.

“Shutaj Eštok should not judge my level and scope of knowledge and procedures. Let him calmly continue describing my competences, I will think about what else can be secured as evidence. May the Lord within prove that he is a man of action, and may he convince the voters that law, order and justice have a strong position in our country.” declared Kotlár and called on the minister not to worry about his competences, because he doesn’t worry about his own either.

Interior Minister Šutaj Eštok said in an interview with TASR that Kotlár should bring the results that the government expects from him. He thinks that if he is not capable of this, the government cabinet should replace him. According to him, the plenipotentiary should finally deliver his meaningful agenda.
