Wine dinner combines wine and gastronomy at Taberna by Lucia Ribeiro in Almancil

Taberna by Lucia Ribeiro, in Almancil, will host another wine dinner on Friday, January 9th, from 7pm, as part of the third season of this gastronomic initiative.

Inspired by Algarve flavors, the proposal invites you to a true wine “Volta a Portugal”, with Rocim wines accompanying an exclusive menu. Among the highlights is Quinta da Pedragosa White, produced in Lagoa, still little known to the general public, reinforcing the link between territory, product and cuisine.

The menu was designed by chef Lucia Ribeiro after a visit to Rocim and is made up of six moments, each designed to harmonize with the wines presented, in an experience that crosses different wine regions in the country.

According to the chef and owner of the space: “Welcoming Rocim is a privilege and a huge creative stimulus. This is an evening designed as a journey to the table, where each dish is created to accompany the wine and enhance the territory.”

The wine dinner season at Taberna by Lucia Ribeiro continues in the coming months, with new dates already scheduled: February 6, with Quinta do Cebolal; March 27, with Quinta das Arcas; and April 17, with Quinta São Luiz – Kopke.
