“The patient received a quadruple bypass. As a result, the function of the left ventricle of the heart improved,” Professor Neužil, head of the Cardiology Clinic of the leading Prague hospital, explained to the Czech media. “The emergency catheterization saved his life because it caught the problems right away,” said a well-known cardiologist, adding that now the performance of the heart muscle is better.
The website writes that Trávníček was not well already during the holidays, when he had bronchitis, and the situation did not improve at all. In the end, his wife had to call an ambulance.
