St. Pölten/Vienna – The Constitutional Court (VfGH) has rejected an appeal by the state of Lower Austria and Asfinag against the approval for the Marchfeld Expressway (S8) that was refused by the Federal Administrative Court (BVwG). The environmental organization Virus identified “another milestone” in a broadcast on Wednesday. Decisions from the Administrative Court (VwGH) on appeals are still pending.
