Sofia Ribeiro used her Instagram account last week to expose the lack of conditions she had in the hotel she chose for her vacation in Cape Verde, more precisely on the island of Sal.
In the video she shared, the actress showed some of the dirt inside her room, realizing that she even asked for the Complaints Book, which ended up being denied.
“(…) From what I understand, there are many, many complaints, unfortunately I realized it too late. Okay, now it’s time to make the best of it and never set foot in this hotel again and I suggest you do the same”admitted ().
Now back in Lisbon, and because she has received some questions about how the whole situation turned out, Sofia Ribeiro returned to social media to address the topic: “Return? Zero. They didn’t resolve anything, they weren’t even willing to find solutions. They said they were on top of the matter – I don’t know what issue they were on top of because nothing actually happened. And we ended up not bothering each other anymore, spending all our days outside the hotel, which was the best thing we did, and then, when we get here to sort it out, make the complaints we have to make and see what happens”he lamented.
