Salad with ham and avocado is a delicious, creamy combination that is perfect for dinner, lunch or as a party appetizer. Delicate avocado combines with sweet pears in syrup, soft sandwich cheese (or delicate yellow cheese) and light poultry ham, creating a balanced taste. The whole thing is complemented by a dressing based on mayonnaise, lemon juice, spices and chives. This makes the salad fresh and aromatic. It is worth eating because it provides healthy fats from avocado, it is filling and light at the same time. And it tastes really unique – sweet and salty, creamy and full of various flavors. Perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
- 2 avocados,
- a can of pears in syrup (or 3-4 pears cooked in syrup),
- 150 g of delicate cheese (e.g. yellow or sandwich cheese),
- 150 g of delicate ham (e.g. poultry ham or cooked),
- 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
- juice of 1/2 lemon,
- 2-3 sprigs of chives,
- sun,
- pepper.
How to do it:
1. Wash the avocado, cut it in half, remove the seeds and remove the pulp with a spoon. Cut into cubes.
2. Drain the pears and cut them into similar-sized pieces.
3. Cut the delicate ham into thin strips or small cubes. Do the same with the cheese (alternatively add it in spoons).
4. Place the avocado, pears, olives and ham in a bowl. Mix very gently so as not to crush the avocado.
5. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Chop the chives and add everything. Mix carefully again.
