Vienna – The insolvency proceedings of the Vienna-based Quester Baustoffhandel GmbH took place today at the Vienna Commercial Court. Nine locations are now closed, the registered claims of the 674 creditors in the restructuring process without self-administration amount to 55 million euros, Creditreform announced on Thursday. Accordingly, 12 million euros were recognized and 43 million euros were disputed, although some of these are still being examined and recognition is to be expected.
