It is gaining popularity a unique solution, which are Japanese panels. Minimalist and extremely practical, they decorate more and more windows.
For years, curtains and windows have been decorated at the same time protecting against excess sunlight and ensuring privacy. Recently, they are increasingly being replaced with Japanese panels, especially in modern interiors, which perfectly fit into current interior design trends.
It’s nothing more than that a window covering system consisting of vertical fabric strips suspended on special rails. Thanks to this, they move parallel to the window. This trend has its origins in Asia, more precisely, in Japanese shōji or fusuma, i.e. sliding screens, the purpose of which is to fence off individual rooms in huts.
In modern interiors, they are increasingly found on windows, though they also serve as screens or glass walls dividing the room into specific zones. Thanks to this, they protect privacy, control sunlight in the room, and create a cozy atmosphere.
