Already 564 people were the target of Criminal Non-Prosecution Agreements (ANPPs), with the application of services to the community, measures restricting rights and fines, as a way of complying with the foreseen sanctions.
Sanctions imposed
Due to the conviction, those found guilty are ineligible for eight years. In the case of Army soldiers, they will also be the target of an action in the Military Court to lose their official status. Public servants must lose their statutory position.
