Baked Pomyleńce instead of traditional minced ones. A great idea for dinner

Pomyłaniec are not ordinary mince cutlets. They are prepared in the oven, which makes cooking much easier. Moreover, they are varied with delicious stuffing with… boiled eggs. It’s an unusual combination, but it translates into a very filling dish. The meat also looks appetizing because it has a slight crust on the outside, browned thanks to the addition of cheese.

To prepare this recipe, you will need:

  • 500 g of minced pork,
  • 1 egg,
  • 1 kaiser roll,
  • 150 ml of milk,
  • 1 onion,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs,
  • 150 g of yellow cheese,
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
  • 2 teaspoons of mustard,
  • a few sprigs of fresh dill,
  • salt and pepper.

Place the kaiser roll in a small dish and pour milk over it. Set aside for 15 minutes.

Grate the yellow cheese. Peel the boiled eggs and chop them very finely. You can also grate them. Add mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Chop the dill and add it to the eggs. Mix everything thoroughly. Finally, add the cheese and mix again.

Chop the onion into small cubes. Do the same with the peeled garlic cloves.

Add one egg to the minced meat. Season with salt, pepper, mustard and garlic. Start mixing everything, while adding the drained milk kaiser roll and onion. Mix the whole product into a uniform mass.

Form medium-sized balls from the kneaded meat. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, one next to the other. Make a slight indentation in the center of each ball. Place a spoonful of stuffing in it. Put the crazies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes.
