The Vienna public prosecutor’s office has closed parts of its investigations against the ex-head of the Spanish Riding School, Alfred Hudler. It was about the accusation of infidelity regarding Hudler’s travel and expense reports. A spokeswoman for the authorities confirmed this: There was no criminal offense and no reason for further prosecution. Hudler’s lawyer had previously submitted a motion to dismiss.
