Detox drinks are there easy to prepare, low-calorie and full of vitamins. You can prepare the infusion we propose in just a few minutes and, more importantly, you do not need a blender. All you need is a glass, a spoon and a few ingredients.

To prepare a larger glass (approx. 500 ml) of the cleansing drink you will need:

  • 450 ml of water;

  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar;
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
  • half a teaspoon of ground ginger;
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon;
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper;
  • 1 teaspoon of honey.

Preparation method:

First, boil water and cool it to approximately 40 degrees Celsius, then add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. Mix thoroughly and add spices. Finally, add honey. best drunk warm.

Additionally, honey (in order not to lose its properties, it should be added to water at a temperature not higher than 40 degrees C) is a valuable antioxidant. It has anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties.

If you want an intense cleansing effect, you can drink the drink three times a day, about 20 minutes before meals. Maintain this frequency for a maximum of two weeks. This will allow you to “flush” toxins from the body and improve the functioning of the digestive system.
