The Civil Guard has arrested 63 people for the illegal macro-party “Big Fucking Party”, which took place between last New Year’s Eve and January 7, in the vicinity of the Cenajo reservoir, a flood-prone area and declared a Special Protection Area for Birds (SPA). Among those detained are 20 people related to the incidents in which several officers were injured and another 38 for participating in the organization of the illegal macro event, as reported by the police force.
Twenty of the detainees are involved in the riots against officers of the force that occurred in the vicinity of the Tobarra district of Cordovilla during the early hours of December 31, when the bulk of a massive caravan of vehicles and people intended to establish the macro-party.
In addition to the 38 people investigated for directly participating in the organization of the illegal event, there are five others involved in crimes against public health, in the form of drug trafficking, or due to current judicial requirements for search and arrest.
Civil Guard agents have also seized 16 heavy vehicles, including trucks and vans, in which the necessary material was transported to establish the support infrastructure for the illegal mass party Big Fucking Party, which have been left at the disposal of the court in charge of the case.
