Zelenskyi also asks for a reaction from the international community, while “primarily from the United States, whose voice carries real weight in Russia,” said Zelenskyi. Kyiv Mayor Vitalij Klitschko reported on Friday that due to damage to the capital’s critical infrastructure during a massive enemy attack, half of Kiev’s apartment buildings – almost 6,000 – are without heat supplies. At the same time, there are outages in the water supply in the city. Municipal services have already restored heat supplies from stationary mobile boilers to selected social facilities, especially hospitals and maternity wards.
Given that weather conditions are forecast to be difficult in the coming days, Klitschko appealed to those residents of the capital who have the opportunity to temporarily leave Kyiv for places with alternative sources of electricity and heat to do so. Russian troops attacked Kiev with drones and rockets on Friday night. These attacks claimed four lives.

On Friday afternoon, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) released a photo of alleged fragments of the propulsion unit of the detachable block of the Oreshnik missile warhead originating from the attack on the Lviv region.
