During stadium dismantling, Bills even offer urinals for sale; understand

Anyone interested in an unusual Buffalo Bills souvenir can purchase a piece of the stadium that housed the NFL franchise, including even the urinals at Highmark Stadium.

The initiative was created amid the Bills’ move to a new space, after more than five decades in the old one, which became an icon of American football.

The franchise’s new stadium should have capacity for 67,000 people, with an investment of more than US$2 billion in the structure. But the location changes almost nothing: the building is “across the street” from Highmark Stadium.

Fans can buy seats, lockers, parts of the pitch and even urinals amid the “dismantling”, carried out after a partnership between the franchise and the company CollectibleXchange, specializing in memorabilia.

A reference in sports marketing, Brandon Steiner, 66, is leading the project, after having already carried out similar “sales” at Yankee Stadium and Madison Square Garden.

“People want that kind of thing, so we’ll make it available. You’re talking about Buffalo, and people are very proud of that stadium,” Steiner told TMZ.

According to websites such as The Sun, more than 12 thousand people have already shown interest in the initiative. A seat and a handful of grass taken from the stadium cost US$549 (about R$2,900).

There is a stock of pieces that will be sold throughout 2026, with some of them only available at a future auction.

There is still a small possibility of a farewell game at Highmark Stadium.
