An action by the Rapid and Overt Intervention Group (GIRO) of the 8th BPM, seized approximately 760 grams of marijuana, and 7 small bundles of cocaine buried inside the backyard of a residence in the Cristo Libertador neighborhood, in Sena Madureira, in the interior of Acre. The incident took place on Friday afternoon (9).

According to police information, the incident occurred after it was discovered that a residence was being used by members of a criminal organization to store narcotics.
When traveling to the location, the Giro team managed to locate the drugs, but no one was there at the time of the incident.
The seized drug was taken to the General Civil Police Station for appropriate procedures. Investigations will continue with the aim of identifying and arresting those responsible for the drugs.
