O STF (Supreme Federal Court) and the Congress are preparing to lead new clashes in 2026 over the payment of parliamentary amendments.
The Court’s ministers predict that investigations into misappropriation of funds allocated by deputies and senators to their electoral bases will advance and intensify the relationship between the Powers.
