The Colombian singer died on Saturday night (10). Yeison Jimenez34 years old, victim of a plane crash in the department of Boyacá.
The private aircraft with registration number N325FA, which transported the artist and other members of his team, it fell between the municipalities of Paipa and Duitama.
According to the Colombian Civil Aeronautics, there were no survivors. In addition to the artist, five other people were on board, including the pilot and Jiménez’s employees.
The singer was traveling towards the city of Medellín, where he would fulfill a schedule of shows.
Known for hits such as “Aventurero” and “Vete”, Jiménez was one of the great exponents of Colombian popular music.
